Our world was turned upside down when Nolan was diagnosed with Stage 3 Rhabdomyosarcoma on Thanksgiving Day in 2022.  Thanks to the heroes at Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, Nolan is a happy and healthy 7th grader today.  We want to honor his anniversary by supporting other childhood cancer warriors who are fighting to beat pediatric cancer this holiday season, especially our beautiful and brave 4 year old cousin, Reagan McCarthy, who was diagnosed with Leukemia this October. 

For families who must spend long hours at the hospital this holiday,  we are hoping this virtual toy drive will help bring joy and fun during a difficult time.  Please consider making a monetary donation to this online fundraising page instead of donating a physical toy.  The funding ensures that the hospital's Department of Family Services can purchase toys and games to meet the needs and interests of all of their patients.  Toys, games and items are given to patients and used to stock playrooms.  The Department of Family Services works hard to make the hospital experience less stressful for grown-ups and less scary for children.
