With your donation, we can continue to provide our nursing professionals with the tools and resources to maintain and enhance their professional credentials and ensure their ongoing health and emotional well-being, allowing them to bring their best selves to work in service of our patients and families.

Here’s how your donations can make a difference:

$10,000 can provide a Nursing Pathways Scholarship to a Lurie Children's employee to pursue their Bachelors of Science in Nursing.

$7,500 can enable Nursing Directors to attend an annual retreat and take time away to support their ownemotional well-being and maintain their joy in practice.

$5,000 can renovate a RECHARGE room in one of our intensive care units for nurses to be able to step out after a particularly difficult shift to process their feelings and recharge before returing to the unit or their own families.

$2,500 can provide on-site training for nurses to seek specialty care certification and recertification in their area of expertise without ever having to leave the building.

$1,000 can support Lurie Children's presence in the community by increasing specialty clinic offerings provided by nurses in our mobile health units.
