Dear Friends and Family,

 

For the 11th year in row, Children's Fund Research Junior Board (CRFJB) is registering as a team in the Lurie's Move for Kids.

 

This year’s event, presented by Hub Group is on Sunday, June 9, 2024. Similar to last year, yours truly is the Team Captain… only this year the event is that much more special since Adam and I are welcoming a Baby Boy in July. Come support Lurie's and join in the fun!

What: Move for Kids is a 3-mile walk and celebration for our patients, families and community. There are activities available for all ages and abilities, plus music, food and beverages. Contributions to my page will be designated for CRFJB. 

 

Cost: Registration for this event is free! Fundraising is not required, although it is highly encouraged. Fundraising can earn you exciting incentives, including the exclusive event t-shirt! Plus your fundraising will be designated for the CRFJB!

All CRFJB team fundraising efforts will go toward our current commitment of supporting our newly selected researcher, Dr. Jami Josefson, whose research focuses on pediatric thyroid cancer and preventing childhood metabolic diseases. This event is not limited to CRFJB board members and we'd love for family and friends to register under the CRFJB team name!
