Not all heros wear capes, but you can today!

Not all heros wear capes, but you can today!
Schools across Chicagoland are grabbing their capes and masks to unleash their superpowers for a day of fun, compassion, and fundraising. Blue Bird Day, Merlin Day Academy, and Eyas Landing are excited to be participating in a Superhero Day on Wednesday, June 3rd in support of Lurie Children's Hospital.
For a suggested $5 donation to Lurie Children's, we're inviting your child to unleash their superpowers by wearing their favorite superhero costume, t-shirt, or cape to BBD, MD, or EL on June 3rd. This fun and meaningful day helps show pediatric patients at Lurie Children’s that they're not fighting alone.
If your child would like to participate, donations can be made by selecting Other Amount on the right.
Your generosity will help support the 1.2 million children—many from our own community—who receive care each year at Lurie Children’s.
Thank you for showing your support for the real-life heroes at Lurie Children’s. We're looking forward to a super day!

Here’s how your donations can make a difference:
$100 is enough to help make a child’s hospital stay a more positive experience with activities, supplies and toys.
$250 can provide patients with the support they need to thrive after lengthy hospital stays.
$500 supports clinical trials to help discover new or more effective treatment options.
$1000 means we can train the next generation of experts.
All donations are tax-deductible and will be acknowledged by Lurie Children’s Foundation.
