A group of people walking in the harbor.

Run for Gus is more than just a race—it's a powerful show of community, compassion, and impact. From the excitement of the starting line to the final sprint toward the finish, every stride is taken with purpose.

You'll run alongside patients, family members, corporate teams, Lurie Children's caregivers and staff, and other passionate supporters—all united in the fight against pediatric brain tumors.

After crossing the finish line, participants celebrate with refreshments, connect with teammates and new friends, and enjoy family-friendly festivities, including bounce houses, face painting, and more.

Whether you're running in honor of a loved one, to celebrate a child, to support lifesaving care, or to make a meaningful impact with friends or colleagues, you are an essential part of a day filled with heart, hope, and forward momentum- let’s run for Gus!
